We use your information to provide lawn care and landscaping services, send appointment reminders, share seasonal service offers, and communicate other important account updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. SMS and Mobile Data

If you provide your mobile phone number to Metro West through our website contact form, by phone, in person, or as part of establishing a paid service account, you consent to receive text messages from Metro West related to your service account. These messages may include: new-customer welcome messages and estimate follow-ups (up to 4 per month), service reminders and appointment confirmations (up to 4 per month), and account and billing notifications including past-due invoice reminders (up to 4 per month). Total combined message frequency will not exceed 8 messages per month per customer.

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Metro West does not charge for text messages beyond what your carrier may bill.

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any Metro West message. Reply HELP to any message for support.

MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING. Metro West does not sell, share, rent, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS consent to any third parties, affiliates, marketing partners, or data brokers. Your mobile information is retained solely for the messaging purposes described above and for compliance with applicable communications regulations. This non-sharing provision is a permanent commitment and applies to all mobile information collected by Metro West through any channel.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Twilio to send SMS messages on our behalf; Twilio is a service provider that processes messages for delivery only and does not use your information for marketing. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy. We use Service Autopilot for customer management.
